Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of N Back Extreme (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using N Back Extreme (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of the Service
N Back Extreme is a cognitive training game that runs entirely on your device. No user data or gameplay data is transmitted off-device, with the sole exception of in-app purchase information processed by a third-party subscription service.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
The App is offered on a subscription basis. All subscription payments are processed through Apple’s App Store, and purchase receipts are validated on-device using RevenueCat.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
No refunds will be provided by the developer; any refund requests must be made to Apple according to their App Store refund policies.
4. Payment Processing Service
Payment processing and subscription management are handled by RevenueCat, a third-party service. RevenueCat’s privacy policy governs any purchase and subscription data it processes.
5. Data Collection and Privacy
On-Device Processing: All game progress and settings are stored locally on your device.
Usage & Crash Data: We use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Mixpanel to understand app performance, detect crashes, analyze user behavior, and improve user engagement. This may include information such as device type, app interactions, and an anonymous user identifier.
Exception for Purchases: Only purchase receipts and subscription status are transmitted to the service for validation.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including all code, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of the developer or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Interfere with the App’s normal operation or attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures.
8. Termination
The developer may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
The developer may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
